INSURANCE WELCOME
Absolute Dermatology & Medi-Spa participates with most insurance plans, including Medicare, to offer skin care for all ages. When you come to visit us, our staff will schedule your appointments, educate you on your chosen procedure, offer moral support, and explain any insurance issues. In the event your procedure is not covered by insurance, we will offer it to you at an affordable fee. We appreciate your visit and value our Cedar Park, TX, community.
MEDI-SPA POLICIES
- Absolute Dermatology & Medi-Spa specials cannot be combined or exchanged with any other offer or service.
- No refunds unless you should have a reaction to the product; then you may return the product within 7 days and receive an in-store credit toward your next purchase or service. (NO CASH REFUNDS)
- To maintain our serene environment, we ask you to please silence your cell phone.
- Please consider leaving small children at home so that you and others may enjoy a peaceful session.
- For your own safety, please let your esthetician know before your treatment if you are pregnant, taking the drug Accutane, using Retin-A, or on a blood thinner or daily aspirin.
- Gift certificates are available for all procedures; please inquire with your esthetician or the receptionist.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in the spa or treatment rooms.
- Please check in at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new patients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.
- Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment.
- Failure to give 24 hours’ notice for canceling any Spa treatment will result in a $50 fee.
FINANCING/ PAYMENT PLANS
