Absolute Dermatology and Medi Spa Policies

1) Medi-Spa specials can not be combined or exchanged with any other offer or service.

2) No Refunds unless you should have a reaction to the product, then you may return the product within 7 days and receive an in-store credit towards your next purchase or service.(NO CASH REFUNDS)

3) To maintain our serene environment, we ask you to please silence your cell phone or pager.

4) Please consider leaving small children at home so that you and others may enjoy a peaceful session.

5) For your own safety please let your aesthetician know before your treatment if you are: pregnant, taking the drug Accutane, using Retin-A or are on a blood thinner or daily aspirin.

6) Gift Certificates are avaiable for all procedures, please inquire with your aesthetician or the receptionist.

7) All prices are subject to change without notice.

8) We are not responsible for personal items left in the spa or treatment rooms.

9) Please check-in at the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new patients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

10) Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

11) Failure to give 24 hours notice for canceling any Spa treatment will result in a $50.00 fee.
